What are the check-in and check-out times at your hotel?

At our hotel, standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM.

However, we understand that some guests may have special requests or requirements, such requests are handled by our sales team and are subject to room availability and prior notice, and we are always willing to do our best to accommodate them.

If a guest needs to check-in before the standard check-in time or is arriving early, the guest must provide prior notice to the hotel team before the arrival day.

• Early check-in requests are subject to room availability.

For confirmed bookings, late check-in is allowed up to 3:00 AM.

• Guests arriving late should inform the hotel in advance to ensure smooth check-in during late hours.

Late check-out requests can be accommodated upon prior notice and are subject to availability.

• Guests can inform the hotel team in advance or make a request at the front desk during their stay to ensure smooth arrangements.

Before arrival (Early check-in/arrival request):

Guests can contact the hotel team with their name, arrival date, and booking confirmation.

During the stay (Late Check-Out Request):

Guests may contact the front desk to request late check-out.

What should a guest do if the hotel team is not responding to calls or Whatsapp messages?

If a guest cannot reach the hotel by phone or WhatsApp

If the guest is on website chat: All requests (in-chat requests) are forwarded to the hotel team, the hotel team will review the request and follow up using the contact details provided by the guest.

We offer luggage storage facilities for guests who arrive before standard check-in time or need to store their bags after standard check-out time, so you can continue to explore the area without having to worry about your belongings.
