Booking Refund Policy – No-Show & Non-Refundable Reservations

As per our booking policies, all “No-Show” bookings and reservations made under “Non-Refundable” policies are non-refundable.
However, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To support our guests, the amount paid can be credited and used for a future stay within one month from the original date of arrival.
